We aim to get all goods posted out within 3 working days (Mon-Fri) of receiving cleared payment but will aim to get an order out within 48 hours. Please contact us as soon as possible should you wish to amend, correct or cancel your order...it may not always be possible but we'll do what we can when we are able to. Please do double check your order and shipping info when confirming.
We operate a flat-rate postal charge of £4.00 per order.
A lower postal fee of £2.25 is applicable for patches, ring sizers or cardboard air fresheners posted alone.
Postal charge will be applied upon checkout.
Orders are posted out via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed-For but other services we use but are not limited to; Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded/Signed For, Royal Mail Special Delivery and DPD.
We will obtain proof of postage for all items, please note we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the mail as we are not responsible for these services..
For heavy or large orders it may be necessary upon occasion to split orders into multiple shipments. This could be due to size constraints or costs on specific services.
CUSTOM ORDERS If ordering custom items via email we will inform you upon ordering of the lead time for the manufacture of the item(s) to complete your order and will let you know the approximate dispatch time in this instance. We will await your confirmation prior to proceeding then will send along a Paypal invoice. We will wait for payment to clear before beginning custom items.
We do not currently ship outside of the UK.
